By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. ongwin reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts created by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, and any funds or winnings forfeited.
Our services are intended for residents of Indonesia. By registering an Account, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and during use of the Platform. ongwin reserves the right to verify your location through IP address tracking, payment method verification, and other technical means. Players found to be accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions may have their Accounts suspended or closed.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You represent and warrant that you are not prohibited by any applicable law from using online gambling services. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) Account on the ongwin Platform. Creating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all duplicate Accounts, forfeiture of bonuses, and potential confiscation of funds. This restriction applies per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
To create an Account on ongwin, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. Required information includes but is not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify ongwin immediately of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. ongwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
ongwin operates a strict KYC policy to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identification documents including but not limited to: Indonesian KTP (National Identity Card), passport, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and payment method verification (bank statement or screenshot showing account holder name). Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via email at [email protected]. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining Balance from your Account. ongwin reserves the right to close or suspend Accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, exhibit fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for extended periods.
ongwin accepts deposits via the following Indonesian banking channels: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000, and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier.
Deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account Balance within seconds. Deposits via other supported banks may take up to 15 minutes during peak hours. ongwin does not charge any fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable wagering requirements on bonuses. Withdrawal requests are processed through our automated system, with most withdrawals completed within 10-15 minutes during business hours (WIB). Larger withdrawal amounts or first-time withdrawals may require additional verification and take up to 24-48 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the same name as your ongwin Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. ongwin reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals to prevent money laundering and fraud. If you have claimed a bonus, you must meet the specified wagering requirements before the bonus amount and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
ongwin maintains strict anti-money laundering procedures in compliance with international standards. Any suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual deposit patterns, rapid deposits and withdrawals without significant gaming activity, or attempts to use the Platform as a money transfer service, will be investigated and may result in Account suspension, fund confiscation, and reporting to relevant authorities.
ongwin offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated on the promotion page or in the bonus offer communication. By claiming a bonus, you agree to abide by all applicable terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and must be met within the specified timeframe. Different games contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely.
ongwin employs sophisticated fraud detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities considered bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, colluding with other Players, hedging bets across different markets, using automated betting systems, or any other behavior designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming activity. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses forfeited, Accounts closed, and may be permanently banned from the Platform.
ongwin reserves the right to cancel, amend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may be forfeited if the Player breaches these Terms and Conditions, provides false information during registration or KYC, or engages in fraudulent activity. Unused bonuses may expire after a specified period as stated in the bonus terms.
All bets placed on the ongwin Platform are subject to these Terms and Conditions and any specific rules applicable to individual sports, events, or games. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by our system, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or withdrawn. You are responsible for ensuring that all bet details are correct before confirmation. ongwin reserves the right to refuse any bet or limit stake amounts at its sole discretion.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change without notice based on market conditions. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time your bet is accepted by our system. In the event of obvious errors in odds (palpable errors), ongwin reserves the right to void bets, adjust settlements, or correct errors even after bets have been placed.
Live or in-play betting allows you to place bets on events that have already started. Live betting odds change rapidly based on the current state of the event. There may be a slight delay between the actual event and the live stream or score updates displayed on the Platform. You accept this risk when placing live bets. ongwin reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.
Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body or league. In sports betting, this is typically the result declared by the league or federation at the conclusion of the event. For casino games, results are determined by certified random number generators. Settlement times vary by sport and event type. Most bets are settled within minutes of event conclusion, while some markets may require additional verification time.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific rules apply depending on the sport and betting market. Generally, if an event does not take place as scheduled within a specified timeframe, all bets on that event will be void and stakes returned. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ongwin Platform: using stolen payment methods or credentials, creating multiple Accounts, providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, colluding with other Players to defraud the Platform, using software or automated systems to place bets (bots), exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities, and engaging in any form of chip dumping, bonus abuse, or arbitrage betting.
ongwin has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and terrorist financing. Any attempt to use the Platform for money laundering purposes, including depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without significant gaming activity, will result in Account suspension, fund confiscation, and reporting to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities.
Players found to be engaging in prohibited activities may face immediate Account suspension or closure, forfeiture of all funds and winnings, cancellation of pending withdrawals, permanent ban from the Platform, and potential legal action. ongwin cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies in investigating suspected fraudulent or criminal activity.
ongwin strives to provide uninterrupted service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available or error-free. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
The ongwin Platform and all services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will meet your specific requirements, that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You use the Platform at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ongwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: your use or inability to use the Platform; unauthorized access to your Account; errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in content; personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to the Platform; any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Platform.
In no event shall ongwin's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount you have deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the date of the claim.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming regulations and the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where ongwin is licensed and regulated. To the extent permissible under applicable law, you agree that any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
